Our fee policy is very transparent.
- For owner, we do NOT charge service Fee. Any time tenant decided to leave the flat, we find you another tenant – at no cost to you.
- For Tenant, fees is equivalent to a month’s rental. Within agreement period, if owner want you to vacate the property, we shall find you another apartment – at no cost to you.
- The processing fee, like agreement charges are at actuals and are shared between owner and tenant.
- Unfurnished It only includes basic necessities- lights and fans.
- Semi-furnished Apart from lights and fans, this further includes Bed, Wardrobes and Modular kitchen
- Fully Furnished Additional to semi-furnished, it includes TV, AC, Refrigerator.
As its widely known, rent is factor of area of the flat, project, amenities, furniture, location and the market demand/supply.
We work with both owners and tenant to smoothly complete rental agreement, police verification on time and with proper documents as per approved govt. process.
We totally understand challenges faced by NRI and provide extra support in completing all the required process. Be assured that it will be as easy as you are in India.
We need keys so that we can show property to the prospective clients at the earliest. Arranging keys from you each time, becomes a logistical challenge and major bottleneck for us to transact within timelines. We ensure that its kept safe and secure all the times while in our possession.
